You will find the most luxurious and expensive Chinese restaurant in Madrid located in the Hotel Villa Magna (scheduled to reopen in October 2008). The house specialty is Lacquered Duck. Everything is good here, even the spring rolls, which come wrapped in mint leaves and are accompanied by a sweet sauce. Ask the waiter's advice because you will come across many dishes that most ordinary Chinese restaurants don't serve. If you are coming as a couple, book well in advance.
