Viuda de Vacas is a long-established eatery serving high quality Castilian fare like Rabo de Toro (oxtail stew), Gallina en Pepitoria (chicken in a sauce of eggs and almonds), Codornices Reellenas (stuffed quail), Merluza al Horno and Calamares en Su Tinta (squid cooked in their ink). The hearty homemade food attracts a varied clientele, mainly of trendy folk in their 30's.
