You'll find a select variety of quality meat at this butcher's. The owners have their own meat farm in Segovia, where they carefully supervise the animals' development from the time the calves are born and weaned to when they are fed on grain grown on the farm as well. Their wide range of products also includes famous Iberian cold meats, acorn-fed hams from Salamanca and Jabugo, plus a few good types of cheese.
