Established in 1976, Skin Deep Tattoo is officially the oldest tattoo parlor in Hawaii. And it's not surprising. The artists who work here are thorough professionals, many of them having won awards in international competitions. As per law, they are all licensed by the State of Hawaii, which attests to the fact that the individual and the premises are sterile. It's also the official and only Skin Deep Tattoo, so do check their website for other parlors with the same name.
