Although this is a new-ish store, it seems like it could be 100 years old. The shelves are stuffed with all kinds of second-hand literary treasures: westerns, romances, historical paperbacks, etc. The only new books are in the Hawaiiana section toward the front of the store. There is a sizable children's area, complete with miniature tables and chairs. Aside from doing a bang-up business in used books, the shop also specializes in pre-1950s film classics.
