Who would have thought baking bread was a sideline business for Greg Brown? Long after his restaurant of the same name has closed down, Browns Bakeries are simply booming with nine in total and more to come--Albert Park, Brighton, Carlton, Chadstone, City, Hampton, Hawksburn, Hawthorn and Toorak. Greg Brown has also recently opened Browns Bouchon, a petit farmhouse café.
