Walk through the bookstore and you will find yourself in what is said to be Australia's largest food cooperative. Members and non-members of this volunteer-run food organization can take advantage of the low mark-up on fresh, organic fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, herbal teas, dried fruits, dried sea vegetables, snacks, sweets, tofu, oils and free-range eggs. There is a very good range of Japanese and macrobiotic products. Soaps, bulk shampoos, cleaning products and cosmetics are also available.
