From its small beginnings, this organic and bio-dynamic store, delivery service and community education and activism organisation has grown into a thriving success. An unlisted public company, The Green Line is staffed by 64 volunteers with more than 3000 members, and a warehouse in Thomastown filling up to 5000 orders a week. The Green Line product catalogue lists more than 2000 lines of natural foods/products. Although you do not have to be a member to shop here, members receive regular newsletters, seasonal catalogues, free delivery in the Melbourne metropolitan area for orders over AUD40, and enjoy a share of the advertising budget.
