With experience at Germany's Michelin starred Schweizer Stueben and London's famous Belfry restaurants, Chef de Cuisine, Geoff Haviland is now delighting Melbourne diners. The restaurant section overlooks the gaming room whilst the art deco bar and lounge gives a view of the Atrium. Marble partitions allow high-profile patrons and small groups to relax with a discreet cognac. Live music ranges from easy listening to more upbeat. The bar serves an extensive array of champagnes and martinis including the popular Dean Martini, which comes with a cigar and matches. The dinner menu features Italian and Greek dishes.
