Kim Fletcher makes beautiful special occasion hats from chic and simple to flamboyant and eye-catching. She uses straw, raffia and fabric, and trims them with feathers, flowers and straw spirals. How about a golden top hat in straw with pheasant feather trim? Or a funky piece trimmed with purple raffia flowers?
