On the surface a purple emerald is all glitz and glamour. But on closer inspection, imperfections emerge. The same goes for The Purple Emerald bar, but this is not a bad thing. A few rips in the couches just add to the down-to-earth, friendly feel. Lounges, lounges and more lounges provide comfortable spots to spend the evening. The retro styling, surprisingly enough, does not feature a lot of purple. Patrons from business people to Goths and hippies enjoy live jazz from Wednesday to Sunday nights.
