Tokyo Mart is a little bit of Japan in the middle of suburban Melbourne. Here you will find all the authentic ingredients to make delicious miso soups, sushi, sashimi and noodle dishes. There are snacks and confectionery, instant meals, and frozen desserts. Sauces include tamari (Japanese soy sauce), yakitori and teriyaki. The licensed section carries Japanese sake (rice wine), Australian sake (called Go-shu), as well as the Japanese spirit, Shochu, and Asahi and Kirin beers.
