Thousands of fans from around the world make the pilgrimage to Memphis each August to commemorate the anniversary of Elvis' death. Death Week, as it is commonly referred to by locals, includes numerous tributes to the late singer held across the city, including concerts by Elvis impersonators, look-a-like contests, film festivals and tours.
