In addition to immaculately prepared dishes by Chef Gemma Angulo, formerly of The Tides, this South Beach bistro features live Cuban music and an unusually friendly staff. Although the menu here is not large, the variety is very good. Appetizers run from $5 to $10 and include smoked salmon, grilled quail, and ceviche. Delicious seafood, beef, and poultry entrees average $25, while desserts cost $7. There is a too.
