This new Tuscan-style restaurant serves their namesake bruschetta and follows it with fresh renditions of classic dishes. Some of the staff is inexperienced, but the enterprise shows promise for consistent quality. Bruschetta is served with a variety of toppings, $3.50-$4.95. Try the simple but elegant Insalata Tricolore, $4.75 (with chicken add $2). The eight-ounce Filet Mignon in demi-glace mushroom sauce costs $16.95. Pizzas are $5.95-$7.95.
