This place has seen a lot of changes. Decades ago, it started out as a twin-cinema hall. Later it got bit by the corporate bug and was transformed into a multiplex. Recently, it was purchased by the City of Miami Beach and was made into the performance hub that it is now. Various performances like dance and plays are held here regularly.
