Do not be deterred by the somewhat questionable location of the Fishbone Grill (connected to a motel). This is one of the best seafood restaurants in the area, which is saying a lot. Every dish is creative, carefully prepared, and beautifully displayed. A comfortable dining room and friendly staff complete the picture. Inventive seafood dishes make for a colorful and enticing menu. The Sea Bass (encrusted with wild mushrooms) is exquisite. Appetizers include an excellent tuna tartar and crab cakes.
