Flanigan's is a fisherman's haven, but attracts a pretty diverse crowd despite the prevailing theme. The business crowd occupies the wooden booths and shiny-varnished tables for weekday lunches and happy hour; sports lovers come to watch the game, any game, and wash it down with pitchers of beer and seafood; nicely dressed bar-hoppers come to finish their night in the Grove with a feast of chicken wings and nachos.
