Although owner Jeff Salidor named this new restaurant after the Miami Fusion, south Florida's major league soccer team, the name describes the cuisine as well.The restaurant is busy yet spacious. Diners can sit indoors or on the terrace.The dishes evidence an Asian influence but borrow from other corners of the globe as well.
