Live music, mainly jazz, a wonderful mahogany bar, dusky light, and unpretentious friendly crowd make Jake's the best place for an intimate tete a tete talk or just a pleasant conversation between friends. Selected by Miami-Herald as the "Cheers and More in South Miami" restaurant, Jake's delights the customer with a laid back though not completely unsophisticated environment that gets noisy during Happy Hour (4:30p-7p).
