At Jeffrey's you will find classic cooking with a minimal amount of grease and fillers. The environment is semi-casual; not a diner by any means, but not formal either. Menu items tend to be simple but wellprepared. Onion soup au gratin is a great starter. Follow it with chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar. Desserts are all homemade. Do not plan on wearing your beach clothes. The atmosphere is relaxed but not sloppy.
