OLA, which stands for 'Of Latin America' presents a unique dining experience through the efforts of chef Douglas Rodriguez, who is a connoisseur of Latin flavours. In fact, he has been selected by Newsweek as one of the 110 Americans whose influence would be noteworthy in years to come. The dishes are as unique as they sound - Pollo Criollo, Smoke Adobo Rib Eye, "Pablo" Escolar Thirty Two, Rainbow Ceviche and more. But of course, the focus here is on steaks.
