The restaurant specializes in meals made with Argentine beef. In fact, a Parrilla is an authentic Argentine open grill. Argentinean chef Rocky Coghlan prepares such dishes as Empanadas (Argentine meat pies) and Matambre Relleno (rolled veal flank stuffed with vegetables) as well as items prepared with chorizo and blood sausage. A variety of pastas are also available. You are greeted by a giant statue of an Argentinean polo player with black and white cowhide adorning all the banquettes.
