What started out as a giant space to be rented out for shoots, rehearsals, recording, and performances, is now a studio space as well as a restaurant, bar, and lounge with a rooftop terrace and art cinema. Live music and poetry readings abound here, and it is just the sort of cozy, arty spot that natives claim they can never find in Miami.
