Oceanfront smoothie stop |
865 Collins Avenue Miami, FL 33139 United States +1 305 673 3668 |
If you're looking for a latte or a mid-day snack and don't want to waste time at a full restaurant, stop by this casual little South Beach cafe. The atmosphere is super-casual (do not come here if you are in a hurry) and very friendly. You can sit inside or outside as you're served sandwiches and snacks, many of which are for the health-conscious. There are more Power Bars than candy bars, more supplement shakes than milkshakes. Breakfast options include espresso drinks, bagels and croissants. Everything is under USD7. No credit cards are accepted. Review © 2007, Wcities |

For your iced mocha needs |
660 Lincoln Road Miami, FL 33139 United States +1 305 673 6474 |
Stop by this coffee den for a pastry, a delicious iced specialty drink, or just a cup of java. Although the place is located in the middle of trendy Lincoln Road, it maintains a traditional coffeehouse atmosphere. Artsy types and students chitchat or read the paper. Meanwhile, the counter help whips up iced lattes, mochas, and more. People looking to escape the "scene" for a few minutes will be happy to hide out here. Review © 2007, Wcities |

After Shopping Eatery |
8440 Dixie Highway Miami, FL 33143 United States +1 305 666 4477 |
After long hours of shopping, everyone needs a restful stop. Located in a busy shopping mall, This cozy restaurant offers a welcome sanctuary. The place has a décor of mismatched chairs, velvet settees, and colorful paintings. The menu is varied: from Beef Tenderloin topped with melted cheese, to Seafood Linguine and Shrimp Risotto, pizzas and Pork Loin. The fare is savory and interesting, as are the small appetizers serve free of charge while you look at the menu. There is also a coffee bar for excellent espresso and an interesting wine list. Finally, the desserts are a real treat: Chocolate Mousse Cake and a Passion Fruit Terrine with fresh fruits are among the best. The restaurant is different, as its name, but can offer just the thing after a long day on your feet. - Mercedes de Marchena Review © 2007, Wcities |
