Rum Bar at Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne offers a selection of rums from 18 countries. Drinks include signature collection of capirinhas, Pisco Sour, mojitos and daiquiris. The bar also has a large collection of cigars on offer and personal VIP lockers to store rum bottles. A few evenings there is a live band performing. Lounge around dressed casually, sink into the leather sofa or chair, drink the best rums and eat mouth watering cuisine including sugarcane prawns and short rib burgers.
