Salero is a Spanish dining retreat, nestled in the Firehouse Four Building in downtown Miami. Its sister concern, Mosaico, is on the same premises, and both eateries take you on a delightful Spanish culinary journey. Salero's menu includes some extraordinary dishes like seared langoustines with baby corn shoots and garlic-parsley oil, and duck breast with pink pepper sabayon. The desserts are even more exquisite, and the restaurant's wine list gives you very little to complain about.
