South Beach Smoothie, located in central South Beach next to Crunch Fitness, is truly a find. The menu includes over thirty smoothies, as well as a "create your own" option. Each smoothie is made with two or more fruits and any number of supplements. The results are very tasty and very healthy. You can also choose from a variety of healthy snacks. Cash only, please.
