If you have been to San Antonio's Alamo Cafe, you may recognize some of the Tex-Mex recipes served at SouthFork. You will find a variety of traditional Tex-Mex dishes on the menu, along with some more creative offerings: white bean and chicken soup, portobello mushroom burgers and pork ribs.
