A tranquil haven away from the overpowering bustle of Coral Gables, this elegant restaurant is tucked within the luxuriously modern Hyatt Regency Hotel. The atmosphere is sophisticated and pleasant. The wait staff is professional and courteous, and thanks to the open kitchen, guests can monitor a meal's progress.
