This David Rockwell designed restaurant is a far cry from his Broadway set designs on Hairspray and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, but judging by the popularity, it seems to be well accepted. Boasting two floors atop the prestigious Chambers Minneapolis Hotel, world renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has laid out a unique Asian-inspired menu with items including Mahi-Mahi with Malaysian Chili Sauce, Atlantic Salmon with celery root puree, as well as the classic favorite of Black Pepper Sirloin Steak.
