La Cuc's started humbly in the 60s with a single location, a beer and wine-only license, and surprisingly spicy chips and salsa. The menu has expanded to include an impressive number of vegetarian and seafood options as well as the usual spiced meats. The portions tend to be quite large. Though this venue can get very crowded, afternoon and late evenings are perfect for grabbing a signature margarita with your meal.
