Located in the Minneapolis Grand Hotel, Cafe della Vita is an elegant, upscale restaurant. The dining room is luxurious, but comfortable and relaxing. The menu is as impressive as the ambiance. From the Roquefort and pear salad to the strawberry cheesecake and everything in between, the cuisine is painstakingly prepared and impressively presented. Entrees include grilled swordfish or sea bass, lamb chops, teriyaki-marinated slices of beef tenderloin, crab cakes and a variety of steaks. A number of pasta and shrimp dishes are featured as well as seasoned veal. An assortment of raw seafood appetizers including yellowtail, salmon, tuna, eel, shrimp and octopus are offered.
