Venture to the roof patio of this 2-story eatery and you'll be treated to a glorious view of Loring Park and a spectacular view of the Minneapolis skyline. In Minnesota, outdoor dining is a luxury only enjoyed for about 5 months a year, so if you want to experience it, hit Joe's early. The after-work crowd heads to Joe's for happy hour drink and appetizer specials. The menu features a variety of burgers, pastas and salads. Try the walnut and Gorgonzola salad or Chinese chicken salad. The spicy Asian pork burger or the Greek lamb burger topped with kalamata olive pesto, sun-dried tomato and mint vinaigrette are definite crowd pleasers and a bit out of the ordinary. Pastas can be made with grilled chicken, shrimp or salmon. For dessert, don't miss the coconut creme caramel, the triple-layer chocolate cake or the ice-cream sandwich.
