The entertainment here can be quite surprising, for a venue in a fairly small, out-of-the-way hotel. Rick Rockwell (of Who Wants To Marry A Millionairefame) played here soon after he lost his bride. There are shows two nights a week, and guests of the Maplewood Inn receive two complimentary tickets with their room. The adjoining restaurant, Nickelbys, runs a meal/show deal that is worth checking out. The club serves drinks from the full bar. The tables are small, the room is rather tightly packed, and you may find yourself elbow-to-elbow with the next table. The stage is small and low, so get there early and sit toward the front.
