No one would bother going to this little tavern on the edge of St. Paul's East side if they didn't have some of the best pizza in the United States. Savoy piles the toppings on – there's no need to ask for double anything. The tiny square pieces have crispy crust and just the right amount of sauce. The ambiance is reminiscent of an ice fishing shack- and just like with ice fishing, there may be quite a wait on weekends.
