Like most skyscraper restaurants, 737's kitchen has at times had difficulty living up to the view; but what a view! Perched atop Place Ville-Marie, chef François Da Ponte takes diners through a solid menu of world cuisine in lavish décor. Dishes include Eggplant Caviar with tomato and tarragon, Calamari Cake with warm goat cheese, and the 737 Steak Tartare.
