Located in the trendy Plateau area of the city, this restaurant specializes in cuisine from the south of France. It offers such delights as Duck Confit and the Tapenade, an olive-caper-anchovy paste. A favourite for both first-timers and connoisseurs, this is about as authentic as it gets without actually visiting Provence. The service is excellent, if somewhat haughty.
