Montreal's strong Portuguese community has exerted its influence over traditional Quebecois barbecued chicken and the result is this incredibly reasonable take-out or stand-up establishment. The chicken, sold either whole (a great value or in quarters, is covered in sauce and spice after cooking. Roast pork is another specialty and a great bargain for a huge portion with the trimmings.
