This lively, upscale bar and bistro in Old Montreal hosts an older but still jovial after work and pre-theater crowd. Bustling atmosphere, well-worn but graceful decor and soft background music give this spot an unusually convivial elegance. The acclaimed menu is all over the map. Appetizers include a Brie and Hazelnut Turnover. Baguette sandwiches (pâté de campagne, are served with crisp Belgian fries, while pastas focus on a lighter touch at surprisingly reasonable prices.
