This luxurious downtown French restaurant is the second opened abroad by the renowned Fouquet's of Paris (the other, strangely enough, is in Mexico City). The décor is more modern and the clientele more nouveau-riche than at Les Halles or the other truly haute French restaurants in the area. Still, the dishes represent the classics of French cuisine, from an escargots Bordelaise appetizer through magnificent artistic creations of beef, lamb and seafood.
