This astoundingly affordable downtown French bistro is especially popular at lunch, when businessmen cram every cramped corner. Rotating lunch specials with soup, include a Toulouse sausage in a spicy tomato sauce. Menu standards include a wonderful, delicate poached salmon in a cream sauce.
