In purely relative terms, this incredibly beautiful outdoor terrace is the more casual dining option at the landmark Ritz Carlton. Chef Gérard Bahon is one of the city's most respected; he combines traditional French cuisine with daring touches and techniques. A formidable wine cellar, manicured garden, duck pond and attentive but discreet service make this one of Montreal's great dining experiences.
