If eating exotic and inexpensive food in a warm, pleasant and comfortable atmosphere is what you're after, this Afghan restaurant in the heart of the Plateau fits the bill on all counts. The décor is simple, if not sparse, but the food is excellent and reasonably priced. The main dishes include most of the Afghani specialties using lamb, including the renowned Kabuli Palaw stew.
