Owned and operated by a guy who started making ice cream by hand, this tiny hole-in the wall serves the city's best vanilla, or so says the Montreal Gazette's poll. There isn't anywhere to sit, so during warm summer evenings crowds get their cones, sundaes or milkshakes and go for a stroll up and down the Main.
