Located on the ground floor of Hotel Nelligan, this restaurant offers a delicious range of French dishes. Try the Guinea Hen with Maple Syrup, or simply go in for the house specialty – Sliced Duck Breast marinated in ginger. The restaurant is generally crowded with hotel guests and business people, so reservations are necessary if you don't want to wait too long for a table.
