This fitness center is not designed to turn you into the next Arnold Schwarzenegger. Instead, your health and fitness will be developed with special training program which aim to ward off osteoporosis, broken bones and chronic pain. You're also in the wrong place if you're looking for entertainment, saunas and relaxation, as the emphasis is on training and any distraction is frowned upon.
