As the name suggests, this guest house is located right next to the English Garden in Altschwabing, only a few minutes walk from Münchener Freiheit. The building, an old mill, is covered in ivy and exudes peace and tranquility. All rooms have a shower and toilet, some have baths. Although situated on a busy thoroughfare in the north of Schwabing, many of this hotel's rooms overlook the peaceful courtyard. It is too far to walk to the city centre, but the hotel is close to many of Schwabing's bars. The building is modern and well-furnished; the service is excellent.
