One of the most popular meeting points in Haidhausen, in the eastern part of the city, the Lisbon is both a long bar with an extensive cocktail list and a restaurant with a range of thoughtful (and not too pricey) Portuguese and international dishes. An attractive clientele, subdued lighting, candles on the tables and loud music combine to create an ambience which is both intimate and lively. Tejo Portuguese cuisine

Named after the river close to Lisbon, the Tejo's menu consists mainly of Portuguese dishes. This cuisine does not suit everyone's digestion, because it uses large quantities of oil. If you want to avoid that, go for fish from the grill. The location is pleasant - an arched cellar oozing with southern charm. The waiters play their part, always friendly and helpful.
