The TACA Fall Crafts Fair is a fantastic outdoor event that showcases and sells the work of American fine craft artists. Having started in 1978, this annual event attracts more than 45 000 people to Centennial Park to view works by almost 200 of the finest craftspeople from across the nation. This craft fair is a key event at Nashville's Centennial Park, held the last weekend in September. Held every year since 1972, the TACA Spring Craft Fair features among the Southeast Tourism Society's top 20 events in Nashville. The event offers Tennessee craftspeople a platform to showcase their talents. A wide variety of artworks — handicrafts, paintings, jewelry, photography, weaving and more — are put on display at the Centennial Park. After browsing you can drink and eat to your heart's content from the concession stands, and listen to the live music. Admission is free.
